About Big Tray Deee
Born Tracey Lamar Davis a.k.a The General is a Hip Hop artist once signed to Snoop Dogg's label Doggy Style Records (formerly known as Dogghouse Records). Big Tray Deee made his first appearance on Snoop Doggy Dogg's “Murder Was the Case” soundtrack in 1994, followed by an appearance on Snoop Dogg's "Tha Doggfather" album in 1996. In 1999, Big Tray Deee joined the group Tha Eastsidaz, releasing 2 platinum-selling albums on Snoop's independent label Dogghouse Records, Snoop Dogg presents: Tha Eastsidaz and Duces N Trayz The Old Fashioned Way. In 2002, he released his critically-acclaimed compilation album “The General’s List” with participation from Dr. Dre himself, and also full coastal support from other noted artists.
Along his career path the multifaceted artist appeared in films such as A Thin Line Between Love & Hate, Baby Boy, The Wash, along with independently distributed films Tha Eastsidaz and Donald Goines adaptation Crime Partners. Tray Deee also contributed to the sound tracks for Friday After Next, Bones, Baby Boy, Thin Line Between Love & Hate, Tha Eastsidaz Movie, Rush Hour and more.
The Long Beach legend and talented actor and songwriter spearheaded his own book publishing company "Ave Money Publishing" . He continues to write music and co-authored novels entitled, "Streetz Gon'Cry" and Los Angeles Tymez: Urban Tales, with more novels in the works. He is steadfast in his faith and determination, hence he developed more of a strong internal passion for his artistry.
As we fast forward to 2015, Big Tray Deee co-founded his own empire as CEO of Supreme Circle Music Group. The General formed this new independent music label with the dedication to only making quality music, focusing on goals of mentoring, educating and developing future music moguls. Supreme Circle Music Group's mission is to take the lead in chasing the dream not the competition passionately with the love for the art of music, while keeping a solid foundation of God and trust-building with transparent business practices.
Big Tray Deee has released his first single “On the Blocc”, and followed up with his second single “The Return”. Most recently released is the single and video "Moved Up” featuring O.T. Genesis & Coniyac, also from the much anticipated new solo album titled “The 3rd Coming” showcases collaborations from some of the hottest seasoned artists on the music scene today which is set to be released Sept 16th, 2016. Big Tray Deee continues to be a leader in his community and takes pride in unity, family and loyalty.
Recently he just released "The General's List II" on 3/16/18 featuring artists such as Snoop Dogg, WC, BG Perico, O.T. Genasis, Short Khop, Kurupt, Coniyac, DW Flame, Erik Lee, Mr. Criminal, Crooked I, G.I. Joe, PacMan da GunMan and more! This project has been labeled as one of the BEST albums from the West Coast region since Tha Eastsidaz. Big Tray Deee released a video AND short film for the single "Gangsta" ft. DW Flame and co-starring Mike Epps off the "The General's List II' project now available on all digital platforms.
